Local businesses are reaping the benefits of becoming a certified County Business Enterprise (CBE) with Broward County’s Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD). With an established 30 percent small business participation goal on all eligible surtax-funded projects for 30 years, there are and will continue to be many opportunities for local businesses to bid on projects.
